Private Label T-Shirt Manufacturing — Build Your Brand on World-Class Cotton
Your Brand. Our Craftsmanship. Zero Compromises.
Private label manufacturing is how great clothing brands are built. You provide the vision — the brand name, label design, colors, and fits — and we handle everything else: fabric sourcing, production, quality control, labeling, and shipping.
With TShirtPeru
Your private label garments are made from 100% Peruvian Pima cotton — a premium raw material that elevates the perceived value of your brand from the very first touch.
PROCESS SECTION
How Our Private Label Process Works
Step 1: Share Your Vision
Send us your tech pack, design files, inspiration images, or simply describe what you’re looking for. Our team will assess your requirements and prepare a detailed quote within 24 hours.
Step 2: Sample Development
We produce pre-production samples for your approval. You’ll receive physical samples at your U.S. address so you can evaluate the fabric, fit, label, and finish before committing to full production.
Step 3: Sample Approval & Deposit
Once you’re 100% happy with the sample, you confirm your order and send a 50% production deposit. At this point we lock in your production slot.
Step 4: Production
Our skilled team produces your full order with strict quality control at every stage. Standard production takes 30–45 business days depending on volume and complexity.
Step 5: Quality Inspection & Shipping
