THE 5 STEPS
📩 Step 1: Contact Us & Tell Us Your Needs (Paso 1: Contáctanos y cuéntanos tus necesidades) Fill out our quote form or send us an email. Tell us: the style(s) you want, your quantities, any customization needs (private label, colors, fits), and your target delivery date. The more detail you give us, the faster we can respond.

📋 Step 2: Receive Your Custom Quote
Our team prepares a detailed quote with per-unit pricing at your volume, sample costs, production lead time, and shipping estimate to your U.S. location. Everything is itemized — no hidden fees.
👕 Step 3: Approve Your Sample
Before any bulk production begins, we produce physical samples and ship them to your address. You evaluate the fabric quality, fit, labeling, and any customization — and provide feedback or approval. We don’t start mass production until you’re fully satisfied.

🏭 Step 4: Production Begins
Once you approve the sample and confirm with a 50% deposit, we lock in your production slot. Our team begins manufacturing your order with full quality control monitoring at every stage. You’ll receive progress updates throughout production.
⏱ Production time: 30–45 business days
✈️ Step 5: Final Inspection & Shipment
Every garment undergoes a final quality inspection before packing. We then ship via sea freight (Los Angeles, Miami, or New York ports) or air freight for urgent orders. Full tracking is provided and the balance payment is confirmed prior to shipment.
