ORDERING & MOQ
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For wholesale blank t-shirts, our MOQ is 1 dozen (12 pieces) per style and color. For private label orders with custom labels, the MOQ is 100 pieces per style. For Pantone custom color matching, MOQ is 500 pieces.
Q: Can I mix colors and sizes in one order?
Yes. You can mix colors and sizes within an order, as long as each individual color/size combination meets the minimum of 1 dozen.
Q: Do you accept sample orders?
Yes. We produce pre-production samples for private label clients before committing to bulk. Sample fees are typically credited toward your bulk order. Contact us for details.
PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES
Q: How long does production take?
Standard bulk orders take 30–45 business days after sample approval and deposit confirmation. Samples take 7–14 business days. Rush production may be available for certain styles — ask us.
Q: What GSM weights do you offer?
We manufacture in 160, 180, 200, and 220 GSM. Lighter weights (160–180 GSM) are ideal for breathable summer wear; heavier weights (200–220 GSM) are better for structured, premium-feel garments. (Fabricamos en 160, 180, 200 y 220 GSM.
SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
Q: Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship directly to U.S. ports: Los Angeles (CA), Miami (FL), and New York (NY) via sea freight. For smaller or urgent orders, we offer air freight to any U.S. destination
Q: How long does shipping take from Peru to the U.S.?
Sea freight typically takes 20–30 days to U.S. West Coast ports and 25–35 days to East Coast ports. Air freight takes 3–5 business days.
Q: Do Peru–U.S. imports have preferential tariffs?
Yes. Peru has a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the United States. Under the FTA, most qualifying Peruvian textile products enter the U.S. at 0% duty. We can provide documentation to support your import process.
PRIVATE LABEL & CUSTOMIZATION
Q: Can you apply our brand labels?
Absolutely. We offer full private label services: custom woven neck labels, printed labels, hangtags, polybag packaging with your logo, and custom branded care labels.
Q: Can you match our brand’s Pantone colors?
Yes, for orders of 500+ units per color. We dye to your exact Pantone specification and produce a color approval swatch before production begins.
Q: Can you manufacture to our tech pack?
Yes. Send us your tech pack (technical specification sheet) and we’ll produce patterns, samples, and final garments to your exact specifications.
PAYMENT
Q: What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation and the 50% balance prior to shipment. We accept wire transfers (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union.
